If you find a clover and pick it up , you'll get lucky for a period of time. Healing faster.. Taking little fall damage etc.. Eventually the clover will break and you have no luck anymore

This could be a food that gives you resistance and regeneration for 1-2 minutes or could be broken into 3-4 pieces and give you effects for 30 seconds each
