Add tests for parser #1

Right now there's a wonderful src/parser.rs file with a wonderful tests module that is doing...absolutely nothing.

It would probably be a very good idea to add some tests to that section to make sure things get parsed correctly. This may involve marking more rules in src/grammar.rustpeg as pub.
