Missing license #1

Thanks for releasing your code! Nice to finally have an open implementation :smiley:

Would it be possible to add a license so I can see if I can release the code from my application(s)?

I have created Golang bindings (using cgo) and I've been able to do the crypto handshake successfully. I'll probably try to write a pure Go port (I can submit it as a PR if you're interested -- and if I eventually do it).

I have select GPL-3 when creating the project but to avoid confusion I have also uploaded LICENSE file :)
