D3 3.4.9 introduced major changes in how colors are handled: https://github.com/mbostock/d3/releases/tag/v3.4.9

These changes broke our code while I deployed an updated ivy version to the new repository.

It's fixed in e1fd71cf758df9c9bedfad204a9c0c9ac9230d35
