deleting the non .md file #3

There were two copies of on-boarding. I deleted the older one without the .md extension

Looks like on-boarding.md was copy-added in d3a31a2fea269ad294d6cc023799bd0789b3408f and has since been edited instead of the original on-boarding. For future references, in order to have a nice history, it is better to rename the file. This can even be done when committing via GitHub.

That's why I got rid of the other one. I left the one that had been most recently edited and figured to avoid confusion I should get rid of the other file.
