Additionally the requirements for packaging can be very excessive. Likely there are helper services and middleware to assist with this, such as this which apparently uses a Windows machine hooked to a Mac as part of the process. The point of this issue is that Mal4s could become an App Store app for the Mac, although the hurdles at this point put that effort out of reach.
Making a Windows binary of Mal4s is considered higher priority.
