lock the movement of the display on hover #4

Current state: mouse hovering displays text details but it is difficult to keep the mouse hover on the chosen item because the camera or display keeps drifting, even after a spacebar pause.

Future state: mouse hover results in a temporary lock or freeze of the display movement until the user un-hovers that item.

Note camera lock which keeps the element obtained by a click staying with the host. The action we are seeking for hover may be some other type of lock but a similar camera lock may be a place to start and test.

This is now included in the latest builds. Use of space bar to resume is required after unhovering.
