make the animation run fast regardless of epoch timestamps #42

The intent is to be able to have real timestamps to show on the timeline but don't have the animation delay with timing relative to the epochs in the input file.

If I recall correctly, this request should be covered in the default settings of the latest version. There may be some settings in your configuration file that are overriding these defaults, perhaps settings that were useful in a previous version of Mal4s. It is also possible that the default settings are insufficient to smooth out the animation and I may need to alter code.
