Update the Scanner-Process-Archetype for maven #34

There are some improvements necessary regarding the maven archetype for new scan processes:

Rename "default_process.bpmn" to something scanner specific
Fix invalid html in approve form
Forms have "Portscan" as hardcoded headline
Initial Process version should be 1
Replace custom persistence provider with persistence provider from the SDK
Replace Test name with something scanner specific
