Configuration of rate limits in arachni is now possible by defnining the browser cluster pool size, requests per second and request concurrency. Default parameters are set. Tests are adjusted. Target configuration of the arachni scan processes in the engine has been adjusted and the documentation of the arachni-bodgeit-exmaple has been updated.
