GetCapabilities fails #2

When I open QGIS and connect to a SAML proteted service, the GetCapabilities request works. Close the OGC Web Service (e.g. WMS) window. Open the SAML protected service again and click "Connect" => Failure

@securedimensions If by Failure you meant "runtime crash" then it should be fixed now
