This PR introduces all new Vault 2.0 format. It lays the foundation for implementing two-factor authentication methods and more options to unlock vaults. The new Vault 2.0 format will allow users to add additional authentication methods including (but not limited to):

Hardware key authentication (like YubiKey)
Key file authentication
Windows Hello authentication
