Rather than having someone enter a comma separated list of rules to enable or disable, how about
having the capability to give a range of rules.
For example:
precli -r --enable PY001-PY035 vmware/pyvmomi
However, giving ranges across different language specific rules wouldn't quite work (i.e. GO001-PY035)
