Migration from RHSSO -> RHBK

[x] - Initial Helm based install of RHBK/Keycloak operator and RHBK/Keycloak
[x] - tas-easy-install.sh script updated and tested
[ ] - tas-env-variables.sh script updated and tested
[x] - KIND/testing infrastructure and components updated
[ ] - New Helm Charts schema and README generated
