Does SSF will compile for Windows XP SP0 #85

Hi :) the release SSF binaries are not running on the old Windows XP SP0. I was trying to compile it for SP0 but with no success.... it is supports the old windows versions ? (not SP2 - on SP2 working great. i need for SP0).
