Add Randomization to SSF and Password authentication #87

I really like this product and it seems pretty fast. It would be nice to add randomization into the product such that SSF randomly route traffic to different SSF Servers.

Also, although certificate authentication is good, how about an extra layer of security with password authentication too or maybe a token.
