Header for "so that i can" should not include the "I can" because all the content includes the "I can"

Very minor error, but we will accept it

Reason for disagreement: Impacts the reader significantly because many of the content in the "So that I can" has "I will" or "I know". This is clearly not just cosmetic because the developers may not understand why
"As a parcel delivery rider, i want to add parcels to existing deliveries so that i can i do not have to recreate a delivery" for example.
Since this is a "minor error"
