Issue 31: Implement Orchestration command

This PR closes issue https://github.com/secureworks/taegis-magic/issues/31

Description:

Added orchestration playbook command to:
- Load all existing playbooks
- Execute Playbooks
- Pull latest execution logs
Verification:
Tested commands in a local development environment.
Verified that the commands retrieve correct information
