Update README headers and add link to site #23

I had a hard time finding the site after I heard about it. It might help to have a link to it in the README, at least until it starts showing up in the first page of google searches. Also, github markdown parsing is stricter than what my IDE does for a preview. It needs a space between any pound signs and header text.
