Added Riot to list of contact_preferences #29

Riot.im is like slack but open source and uses encryption if desired.

After a great deal of consideration and discussion with close friends, I have decided to decline this pull request at this time. With that said, if the popularity of Riot.im grows I will definitely reopen & accept this pull request; for the time being, we want to encourage individuals to use thoroughly tested & known communications channels.
