Improvements information design in unit records to increase clarity around sites and areas of operation

Drawing on discssion in #742, the concept of a site and an area of operations can get quite blurry if a site can be represented by polygon geometry and an area of operation by a point. If this is the case (and, it may be just me thinks this) what changes to the unit record layout, contextual information (like text, help pages) and the maps themselves could be made to give users answers to questions like "isn't a site meant to be a specific pinpoint location?"

I think we'd just have to highlight the distinction of site=place where unit is based, and area of operations=place where unit does actions is the key.

Will probably have to look at text and help pages to see what revisions are needed ;)
