migrations for EFM database #15

since the models are changing quite regularily, it would be cool if we had migrations for the EFM database i would recommend alembic since the EFM module already uses sqlalchemy

Not sure what you mean. Perhaps we could discuss this in the next sed-lab meeting and write our conclusions down in this issue.
