if you are running phpmemcacheadmin on a https server the page complains about 
mixed usage

because of calls to:
<img src="http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?

using 1.2.2

Had the same issue. chart.apis.google.com does not support HTTPS however you 
can use the googleapis.com Domain instead. Just replace 
http://chart.apis.google.com with https://chart.googleapis.com in 
View/Stats/Stats.tpl.
