Looking beyond a free heroku app, it would be fantastic if Mike were to use our completed app with a reasonably-priced hosting/PaaS system with a genuine .com or comparable custom domain of his choice. Some initial findings of mine point to this as a potential starting point:

Back when we started the project Ilya told me his team did extensive research and came up with two services that RBC considered the best: BlueMix or Pivotal. We should take a look at them.
