This PR includes the Dimensions and Altmitric badge styles.

Also includes the adaptations for OJS/OPS 3.4 made in #4.

@gonetil This PR, along with PR #4, updates the plugin to be compatible exclusively with OJS/OPS 3.4. Would it be interesting to consider maintaining a separate branch to continue providing support for previous versions of the applications?

You're right @thiagolepidus, thanks for the advice. I've created a branch of OJS/OPS 3.3, and leave master for OJS/OPS 3.4
