Cannot build lavaplayer #647

Gradle keeps saying Could not resolve com.github.micromod:ibxm:a73. when building, also it seems to get 403 Forbidden when it's fetching

having to deal with this myself too, its due to the fact that bintray got shutdown recently, which was where the xm extension was getting the ibxm dependency from
