Dropping nan columns if Process is subprocess#

Also changed column sum of columns in test_process_of_artifact_with_multiple_subprocesses since result contained nan columns

Yes you are right but currently each process results in its own tabular csv in the datapackage and therefore we will not have two MIMOs in one csv as oemof.tabular input.
