To turn the Hack-a-thon collection as in data_adapter_oemof into a tabular datapckage some changes are required:

[x] Add in demand
[x] Check if all parameters are passed
[x] Add solph parameters to adapters
[ ] Check data carefully and define goal output for test test_build_tabular_datapackage_from_adapter
