In order to clean things a little some functions should be moved to utils, settings or calculations, depending on their Purpose.

Especially build_datapackage.py has functions that belong to utils.

Moreover I want to:

[x] remove old files (like structrures) that are not needed anymore
[ ] Update and improve Docstrings
[ ] eventually rename unclear classes/variables (like "Adapter" having the same name as general "Adapter")
