Deprecate old-site from repo

Investigation based on sitemap / content on path to deprecation:

Lets just deprecate the accessibility pages...

Lets also remove the pitch process, sponsor, charity and grapevine pages too, but then lets ping the list of pages we deleted to Pippa/Stephen and see if they want any new ones.

I think everything else seems totally reasonable!

The Year Season pages don't go anywhere (e.g https://sedos.co.uk/2017.htm) and there doesn't seem to be an equivalent.

I think these should go to the All Shows page
