This bot is currently running on our slack account. It already tracks out of office status, we probably can reuse this for slack integration.

Two main parts:

The current sedouard/slackbot-ooo server needs to be folded into this repo.
When a user @mentions a user, the server should fetch free/busy information for that user and if busy should reply to the message that the user is currently busy until a certain time.
