Strange behavior with screen multiplexer #216

I use Extraterm v0.45.0.

When I launch/attach/reattach a screen locally or remotely there is a gibberish output and I need to close the terminal :

There is no such problem with the default terminal.

That will happen if Extraterm's terminal integration is used inside screen. I'll make the integration script a little bit smarter to detect screen and tmux and then just not run.
