Open new window in same working directory as old one #299

Use case

Since I use a tiling window manager (the one in Pop!_OS), I open new windows instead of tabs or panes.

It would be great to have the equivalent of #38 for new windows also (at least as an option).

The current Qt based version has a "move tab to new window" command in the command palette which will should get you most of the way now.
