Keybinds not working properly #328

Not sure if that is a general problem, but for international "QWERTZ" keyboard layout there is a problem binding certain key.

In the example screenshot provided I tried to bind "Ctrl + ^" ("Ctrl + Circumflex", on that layout it is the key below ESC).

I also noticed that umlauts (ä, ö, ü) are not working although they have a single key assigned to them, no additional key has to be pressed to type out these characters.
