move tab left/right does not work #331

I tried to move tabs left and tight via the command palette, and nothing happens.

It turns out the bug here is the name of this command. It moves the tab to the next pane to the left/right. It doesn't change the order of the tabs within the group of tabs.

It needs a better name.

Fixed in v0.58.0.
