Archiving inkyblackness/imgui-go #16

Repository inkyblackness/imgui-go, on which gabstv/ebiten-imgui depended was archived. Latest imgui bindings for go - AllenDang/cimgui-go. For now, I don't know what to do with it. I think we need a new wrapper.

Looks like its better to keep it as it is until cimgui-go will be ready.
