Overall, this was a beautifully done project; great job!

Your python code was very readable. I pointed out few minor points which will make your code more efficient but overall a very well done project. I liked the individual pie plots you created for each group.

The Matplotlib visualizations were gorgeous. You went above-and-beyond by learning about style sheets and adding labels to your bar charts. Each visualization communicated your points very well.

Presentation: Very nice cover picture. Here is a suggestion for nice cover subtitle fitness test saga. This is really the best presentation I have ever reviewed. The visualizations in addition to the tables and bullets just made the slides perfect. You have very nice presentation skill.

Your recommendations were also really interesting. I hope that you get a chance to play around with this dataset (or another) and do more research.
