ITerm2 OS X italic support #57

I use a custom TERM to support italic fonts in iTerm2 on OS X and have installed gnu ls via brew (coreutils). To use this colorscheme i had to add the custom TERM vars. With the added lines from this patch everything works nicely and looks awesome.
