Bug: Malformed link #1704

Problem

In this document the first link appear to be broken Screenshot from 2024-06-03 09-25-47 The url is https://hyper.media/d/hm:/d/T4PWbi8gyvS1Q2kAc1h5Hp which does not seem like a valid URL.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to this document: https://hyper.media/d/ScC2nwkM1XZgrjoCa9ELoT?v=bafy2bzacecltbwtn2dyl4pjbihuacylbtrbjao3m3ly2b6qqetu7zxvm2ai4e&b=a/z6MkqVqEgwH7FJnCzGzasFi7mz2y2HwhzQQY7QWxwS2RcgWp
  2. Click on the Hypermedia Structural Issues link under the Problem Heading.
