Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem right now, but what if someone pasted a mintter document link that took It from the internet, what should we do about it?
Describe the solution you'd like
should we just keep fetching for it and the UI should not fail?
should we fail and let the user know that this document is not in his/her local db?
can we have specific errors when trying to fetch mintter documents? example: not in database, malformed document, circular dependency?
Describe alternatives you've considered
The transclusion component should be a little bit more intelligent. I believe we should be able to refetch a document if it fails, and also give more control over what is pasted to the user, something similar to what we have for media (like a form or something...
we can even have a special view so a user can "edit" the transclusion, something like the crop tool on the phone: when you crop, you can edit the crop area too because you have access to the whole image; the same here, we have access to the whole document, so we can enable this
