[feat] what should happen if I copy a minter link from twitter and paste it in the editor?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not a problem right now, but what if someone pasted a mintter document link that took It from the internet, what should we do about it?

Describe the solution you'd like

• should we just keep fetching for it and the UI should not fail?
• should we fail and let the user know that this document is not in his/her local db?
• can we have specific errors when trying to fetch mintter documents? example: not in database, malformed document, circular dependency?

Describe alternatives you've considered

• The transclusion component should be a little bit more intelligent. I believe we should be able to refetch a document if it fails, and also give more control over what is pasted to the user, something similar to what we have for media (like a form or something...
• we can even have a special view so a user can "edit" the transclusion, something like the crop tool on the phone: when you crop, you can edit the crop area too because you have access to the whole image; the same here, we have access to the whole document, so we can enable this

UPDATE: as @burdiyan mentioned in Wednesday meeting, this can also happen if you try to open the link with the quick-switcher
