Section Architecture Decisions (design/decisions.qmd). There might be some overlap with other sections, like the C4 Component Diagram. We've already started with this in the design/decisions/ folder, but we should finish with the major decisions we are making, like:

[x] Why Django
[x] Why Python
[ ] Why Git
[ ] Why DVC? Or other.
[x] Why REST

Any others?
