Delete persistant storage on Fly on a regular basis so it doesn't take up space #425

Whenever a demo finishes or we finish testing the app, even though it closes and the "Tables, Files, Columns" get deleted, the other files in the persistant storage is kept, so we'll need to include a script to periodically delete all the files from the storage. Since it also costs money (not a lot right now, but it could keep growing).
