This will be a bit vague, but for me the top of the landing page could be structured a bit better. At least I first found it a bit confusing that it starts with a “First steps: Onboarding” section that contains a table with a single entry, a link to “Onboarding”.
Maybe it’s because the name of the next section is not the same in the sidebar (“Entries”) and on the landing page (“How we work”). At any rate, I think using “How we work” in the sidebar as well would be more informative.
