Notify when a storage backup is complete #727

Currently - unless something is wrong with my setup - when choosing Backup Now with only storage backup enabled, there is no notification when it has completed.

This feature request is about adding a notification when storage backup is complete, or at least when a manual run is complete, even if app backup is off.

This would mean that if users have both app and file (aka storage) backup on then, they'd get two notifications each time.

Maybe it would be better to only do this if app backup is off, then - at least as a start?
