This still works but can actually prevent a deploy if your function is returning errors 🤦 as it currently listens to errors from both the alias and the newly deployed function.
The current 60 second duration means that the function cannot deploy for 5 minutes. With a 30 second duration, the alarm state is checked every 2 minutes.
