Documentation issue, Sample Type vs ISA-JSON Sample Type #1903

Documentation issue related to issue #1890

"ISA-JSON compliant sample types should be editable for project members as well, assuming if the user has editing permissions to a study or assay, the user is also a project member."

Here, we should provide a clear distinction between Sample type and ISA-JSON compliant Sample type, as the permissions for both are different.
