3 years ago I read that SEEK licence is: "A permissive license similar to the BSD 2-Clause License, but with a 3rd clause that prohibits others from using the name of the project or its contributors to promote derived products without written consent."
FAIRDOMHub website seems to have NO licence, only Copyrights: "Copyright reserved. Copies of these pages, either in full or in part, are subject to prior written permission from the editor".
In the Belgian instance of SEEK we will have to replace SEEK logo (that is FARDOM) with a Belgian version of FAIRDOMHub logo. Can we do that? If yes, what permission do we need?
- To replace SEEK logo (FAIRDOM), we probably need a written consent/permission (as in BSD license) from ?
- Editing FAIRDOMHub logo seems forbidden, unless we have a permission from the editor (who is the editor?).
