Labor templates by profession #268

It would be nice if there were a way to configure a default set of enabled 
labors for each profession. This would allow you to then, say, have a checkbox 
next to each dwarf that toggles between manual labor settings and the template 
settings. This would allow for managing labors at a reduced level of 
granularity, and could even let DT run on auto-pilot by periodically polling 
the game for profession changes and then applying templates as needed.
