Switch back to Ubuntu bionic (18.04 LTS) #6

Ubuntu dropped support for disco on 23 January. Focal fossa is still being prepped, so we're switching back to Bionic beaver, which will be supported until 2028.

Also, fixes the --clipboard flag for VirtualBox.
