Pending Issues:

[x] edit sections is broken
[x] edit topics is broken
[x] unable to add new section
[x] CT status filter doesn't work
[x] search filter
[x] #95 - moving out of term_topic page reloads the page; doesn't hit backbone router
[x] clicking on edit topic or edit section resets the current section selection
[x] some style tweaks for edit_topic
[x] #97 - delete section/topic shouldn't be a one-click event
[x] Revisiting topic tab for the second time displays and empty div

On clicking edit topic/section buttons, the current section selection gets reset. User has to click on section again to view the form.

Also, some minor styling tweak might be necessary.

I'll continue to push few more changes to refactor branch. I'll send a separate pull request for that
